If you received and collected a virtual card, you will need to log in to your account (click here) to view your card number, expiration date and CV number (3-digit security code). You will not receive a standard physical card.
You can add your virtual card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay and use your mobile wallet to make purchases at any retail location that accepts contactless payments. For more information about adding your card to mobile wallets, please see this article.
Unless you have added your virtual card to a mobile wallet, the virtual card number can generally only be used for online transactions or purchases over the phone.
Important note: When using your virtual card for online transactions or making purchases over the phone, the merchant will often validate your billing address (usually the ZIP code). Please make sure that you have the correct address information listed on your card account. To update the address on your card account please log in to your account here.
You can "covert" your virtual card to a physical card by ordering a physical card through the online dashboard. Please find the "Send Physical Card" option on the dashboard by logging in to your account here. For more information about how to order a physical card, please see the following article.
